1. 개요

amsma는 사용자가 방문하거나 관심 있는 장소를 지도에 기록하고, 선택한 기록을 다른 사용자와 공유할 수 있는 지도 기반 소셜 플랫폼입니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 amsma가 어떤 정보를 수집·이용·공유·보관하는지와 사용자가 자신의 정보를 관리하는 방법을 설명합니다.

2. 수집하거나 처리하는 정보

가. 계정 및 인증 정보
- Google로 로그인하는 경우: Google 계정 식별자, 이메일 주소, 표시 이름 및 프로필 이미지 등 로그인에 필요한 기본 계정 정보
- 로그인 없이 시작하는 경우: 서비스 제공을 위해 생성되는 익명 또는 가명 사용자 식별자
- amsma 프로필 정보: 사용자명, 닉네임, 소개, 프로필 이미지

나. 사용자가 작성하거나 공유하는 정보
- 장소 기록, 사진, 메모, 카테고리, 도시·국가, 선택한 장소의 위치 정보
- 공개 게시물, 댓글, 답글, 좋아요, 팔로우 및 기타 소셜 활동
- 신고 사유, 차단 대상 및 서비스 안전을 위해 필요한 관련 기록

다. 위치 및 사진 정보
- 사용자가 허용하고 기능을 이용할 때 현재 위치 또는 사용자가 선택한 장소의 위치를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 카메라 또는 사진 라이브러리 접근은 사용자가 사진을 촬영하거나 선택할 때만 사용합니다.
- 비공개 기록과 로컬 사진은 원칙적으로 사용자 기기에 저장되며, 사용자가 기록을 공개하도록 선택한 경우에만 해당 공개 콘텐츠가 서버에 업로드됩니다.

라. 알림 및 기술 정보
- 푸시 알림 제공을 위한 기기 알림 토큰
- 앱 버전, 기기 또는 네트워크 관련 오류 정보, 보안 및 서비스 운영에 필요한 기술 로그
- Firebase 및 Google 서비스가 서비스 제공과 보안을 위해 처리하는 기기 식별자, IP 주소 또는 진단 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다.

3. 정보 이용 목적

수집한 정보는 다음 목적으로 사용합니다.

4. 공개 범위와 정보 공유

- 비공개 기록은 공개 영역에 표시되지 않으며, 공개로 전환하지 않는 한 서버에 공개 게시물로 저장하지 않습니다.
- amsma는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
- 서비스 제공을 위해 Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging 및 Google Maps와 같은 Google 서비스를 사용합니다.
- 법률에 따른 요청, 이용자 또는 제3자의 권리와 안전 보호, 사기·남용·보안 위협 대응이 필요한 경우 정보를 제공하거나 보존할 수 있습니다.
- 공개된 콘텐츠는 다른 사용자가 저장하거나 다시 공유할 수 있으므로, 제3자가 만든 복사본까지 완전히 삭제하는 것은 보장할 수 없습니다.

5. 권한 사용

amsma는 기능 제공에 필요한 경우에만 다음 권한을 요청합니다.
- 위치: 현재 위치 확인, 지도 표시 및 장소 기록
- 카메라·사진: 기록에 사용할 사진 촬영 또는 선택
- 알림: 좋아요, 댓글, 답글, 팔로우 등 소셜 알림
- 저장공간 또는 미디어: 사용자가 선택한 사진의 저장 및 불러오기

사용자는 기기 설정에서 언제든지 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다. 다만 권한을 거부하면 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.

6. 보관 기간

- 계정 및 서버 데이터는 서비스 제공에 필요한 기간 또는 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다.
- 공개 게시물과 사진은 사용자가 삭제하거나 공개를 취소할 때까지 보관할 수 있습니다.
- 기기에 저장된 비공개 기록은 사용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 남아 있을 수 있습니다.
- 신고, 보안, 분쟁 또는 법적 의무와 관련된 정보는 필요한 범위에서 제한된 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.
- 백업 또는 시스템 로그에는 삭제된 정보가 짧은 기간 동안 남아 있을 수 있으며, 이후 통상적인 주기에 따라 삭제됩니다.

7. 계정 및 데이터 삭제

사용자는 앱의 설정에 있는 계정 삭제 기능을 통해 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제가 완료되면 인증 계정, 공개 프로필, 공개 게시물과 사진 및 계정과 연결된 주요 소셜 데이터가 삭제되도록 처리합니다.

사용자는 개별 게시물, 사진, 댓글 및 기타 콘텐츠를 앱에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 비공개 로컬 데이터는 앱 내 삭제 기능, 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거를 통해 삭제할 수 있습니다.

법적 의무, 사기 방지, 보안 또는 신고 처리에 필요한 최소한의 정보는 관련 목적이 끝날 때까지 제한적으로 보관될 수 있습니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

1. Overview

amsma is a map-based social platform that allows users to record places they have visited or are interested in and to share selected records with other users. This Privacy Policy explains what information amsma collects, uses, shares, and retains, and how users can manage their information.

2. Information We Collect or Process

a. Account and authentication information
- When signing in with Google: basic account information required for authentication, such as a Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image
- When continuing without Google sign-in: an anonymous or pseudonymous user identifier generated to provide the service
- amsma profile information: username, nickname, bio, and profile image

b. Information created or shared by users
- Place records, photos, notes, categories, city and country, and location information for places selected by the user
- Public posts, comments, replies, likes, follows, and other social activity
- Report reasons, blocked-user information, and related records needed for platform safety

c. Location and photo information
- When the user grants permission and uses the relevant feature, amsma may process the device's current location or the location of a place selected by the user.
- Camera and photo-library access is used only when the user takes or selects a photo.
- Private records and local photos are generally stored on the user's device. Public content is uploaded to the server only when the user chooses to publish a record.

d. Notification and technical information
- Device notification tokens used to deliver push notifications
- App version, device or network error information, and technical logs needed for security and service operation
- Firebase and Google services may process device identifiers, IP addresses, or diagnostic information to provide and secure their services.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:
- authenticate users and manage accounts and profiles;
- provide maps, place records, public posts, and social features;
- provide photo uploads, comments, replies, likes, follows, and notifications;
- process reports and blocks, prevent abuse, and maintain platform safety;
- troubleshoot errors, improve performance, and protect service security and stability;
- comply with legal obligations and respond to user inquiries.

4. Public Content and Information Sharing

- Profiles, posts, photos, place information, comments, and activity that a user chooses to make public may be visible to other users.
- Private records are not displayed publicly and are not stored as public server posts unless the user chooses to publish them.
- amsma does not sell personal information.
- amsma uses Google services such as Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Google Maps to provide the service.
- Information may be disclosed or preserved when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of users or others, or to respond to fraud, abuse, or security threats.
- Public content may be saved or reshared by other users. amsma cannot guarantee deletion of copies created by third parties.

5. Permissions

amsma requests permissions only when needed for a feature:
- Location: to identify the current location, display maps, and create place records
- Camera and photos: to take or select photos for records
- Notifications: to deliver social notifications such as likes, comments, replies, and follows
- Storage or media: to save or load photos selected by the user

Users may change permissions at any time in device settings. Some features may not work without the relevant permission.

6. Data Retention

- Account and server data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service or until the user deletes them.
- Public posts and photos may be retained until the user deletes them or changes them from public.
- Private local records may remain on the device until the user deletes them in the app, clears app data, or uninstalls the app.
- Information related to reports, security, disputes, or legal obligations may be retained for a limited period when necessary.
- Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups or system logs and will be removed according to normal deletion cycles.

7. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request account deletion through the account deletion feature in the app's settings. When account deletion is completed, amsma processes deletion of the authentication account, public profile, public posts and photos, and major social data linked to the account.

Users may delete individual posts, photos, comments, and other content directly in the app. Private local data may be deleted through in-app deletion controls, by clearing app data, or by uninstalling the app.

A minimum amount of information may be retained when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or report handling.

8. Children's Privacy

amsma is not directed to children under 13. Where a higher minimum age applies under local law, that age requirement applies. If you believe a child's information has been collected improperly, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.

9. Security

amsma uses access controls, authentication, Firebase Security Rules, and other reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can guarantee complete security.

10. International Processing

Information may be processed or stored outside the user's country through infrastructure operated by service providers such as Google and Firebase. Such processing is handled under applicable law and the safeguards of those service providers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the app or the published policy page. The updated Policy applies from the effective date shown above.
